Boston Stock Exchange
Collaborative performed a QA Process Assessment for Boston Stock Exchange, determining the BSE QA organization's "initial future state"—a desired end—and a Roadmap to achieve that future state. In addition to an accurate assessment of the maturity levels of 20 critical QA processes, the BSE has a clear picture—a step-by-step Roadmap—of what it must do to ensure success in its future technology endeavors, in both the short and long term.

Investment management company
Collaborative helped AH replace its core securities-processing system with a packaged solution. The team oversaw the implementation and created powerful operational and management-level reporting--an excellent decision-support system, and an important step toward establishment of an enterprise data warehouse. AH now enjoys more streamlined back-office transactions. And, by deploying the reporting application and establishing underlying data structures, AH has a solid foundation for the enterprise data warehouse it plans to build.

Student loan services company
Collaborative helped the company enhance its systems and processes so it could maintain excellent data practices despite rapid and significant growth. Additionally, Collaborative enhanced the client's visibility into numerous systems through an OLAP solution, which provides a new way to review data. Moreover, due to continuous knowledge transfer initiatives, the company has a self-sufficient team of IT professionals able to maintain and run the new systems.

Large financial services organization
Collaborative helped a major financial services company’s HR and Payroll business line deliver its next-generation payroll platform product to the market. It did so, initially, by integrating the client’s business and technology groups.

Collaborative focused on establishing a proper organizational strategy, one that included structure, communication, roles and responsibilities, staffing and governance. Additionally, the team created an internal, cross-functional Business Review Group. These professionals provided controls and managed direction of numerous efforts. Next, the team recommended several best practices based on industry successes, and created a program performance optimization model.

After the project was completed, the financial services company was poised to implement a new organizational structure that supports a well-defined business strategy—one aligned with Program goals. The organization also has clearly defined group and individual roles, which will enable it to deliver new product to the market more efficiently.
