Analog Devices
Collaborative helped Analog Devices remediate numerous Web site problems, including poor performance and an inability to publish new content consistently. After identifying and repairing problem transactions, the issues have been eliminated. As a result, customer satisfaction and loyalty have increased, and fewer customers turn to other providers.
MA DCS and DUA
Collaborative designed, developed and implemented open systems replacements for the department's legacy Wage Reporting system. This "proof-of-concept" project paved the way for other legacy systems that manage and report wage data. Today, the POC application is still in production, and the client has a much clear vision of its future.
Additionally, Collaborative helped the Massachusetts DCS and DUA move from a 20-year-old mainframe environment to a .NET platform. An Enterprise Architecture Analysis defined the technical direction, and linked to the client's people, process and technology. It also helped the client identify its priorities. The project produced a clear roadmap for modernization.
Boston Stock Exchange
Collaborative performed a QA Process Assessment for Boston Stock Exchange, determining the BSE QA organization's "initial future state"--a desired end--and a Roadmap to achieve that future state. In addition to an accurate assessment of the maturity levels of 20 critical QA processes, the BSE has a clear picture--a step-by-step Roadmap--of what it must do to ensure success in its future technology endeavors, in both the short and long term.
