Collaborative Sponsors Shared Insights' Portals Conference

BOSTON – Collaborative Consulting, a company that specializes in optimizing its clients’ business and technology capabilities, announced today that Theresa Coffey, a director in its Portals Practice, will provide an address at the Portals, Collaboration and Content Conference at the InterContinental Hotel in Boston. The conference is put on by Shared Insights, Inc.
Coffey’s address, “Self-Service Portals: Improved Information Access and Streamlined Processes,” will take place at 5:25 p.m. Wednesday in the conference’s “Solution Theater.” Ms. Coffey will discuss how companies can use portals to enhance information access for internal and external clients, and streamline processes dramatically. She will also reference several real-world examples that demonstrate the extraordinary gains even relatively simple portal applications can bring about.
